My name is Maddie Tesch, and I am the Director of Creative Sprouts Childcare Center. I started working in the childcare field in 2015 as an after-school care floating teacher, and soon after found my love for the infant classrooms. After several years of helping in the infant classrooms, I decided to obtain my associate degree in early childhood administration, hoping to one day become director of a childcare center. After taking a leap of faith and becoming an Infant 2 Lead Teacher at Creative Sprouts, I was shortly given the opportunity to help in the office. After about 6 months helping with basic things such as opening and closing the center, I was given the opportunity to leave the classroom and become a full-time administrator at Creative Sprouts. Through this opportunity I have been able to learn and grow as an administrator and become the Center Director. I will always have a soft spot for the infant classrooms, but can confidently say that through the administrative experience, I have learned so many different things about each age group and hold them all close to my heart. One of my favorite parts about this career is seeing the children grow through the center, and creating long lasting relationships with both children and families.
